About Clarified

Our clarified cocktails are crafted using an innovative technique called milk-washing.
This technique was first documented in 1711 by Mary Rockett, a genuine pioneer in the history of cocktails, who created a recipe that was years ahead of it's time.
Milk-washing essentially combines spirits, fruits, herbs, and spices with a dairy agent, milk. The curdled mixture is then rigorously filtered into a nearly transparent liquid with an indulgent, silky texture.

Thanks to the pioneering spirit of Mary Rockett, a whole new level of cocktail making was created.
We proudly honour the original 1711 recipe while infusing it with modern flavours, because we know that great things take time.
